We try to have a menu of Service costs so people know where they are with those. We do a value Service for £100 and if it is linked to an MOT the MOT goes down from £35 to £25. A standard interim or annual service works out at £145 and if you link that with a service it is £170.
If someone comes in with a problem, generally we’ll have a technician look at it within 10 to 15 minutes and get it under way as soon as is feasible. For example, we have a number of NHS workers around here who live outside the town and they bring their vehicles in, have us diagnose them, and we let them carry on using it but bring it back the next day, so they are kept on the road and where we can’t do that we have courtesy cars available as well.
