New Agewell Activities starting in June

Fusion Lifestyle in partnership with Active Rochford have successfully gained funding from the local Voluntary Sector Grant Fund to provide a programme of Agewell activities for the 55+ in Rochford and Rayleigh.

Agewell Pilates will begin on Tuesday 5 June at The Freight House in Rochford. Running from 10.30am – 11.30am, the session will run every Tuesday including free tea or coffee for participants afterwards.

On Wednesday 6 June, Agewell Mornings commence at Rayleigh Leisure Centre. Running from 11am – 1.30pm these weekly sessions will offer participants the opportunity to play badminton, Racketball, spend some time in the gym and take part in Pilates. Social time has been built into the mornings for participants to have a chat over a free cup of tea or coffee.

Both sessions will initially run for six weeks and cost £2.50 for non-members / £1.75 members or free for those on our direct debit scheme. The prices are an introductory offer as part of the funding.
