easyJet launches new route to Gran Canaria from London Southend Airport

Sixteen destinations now offered by easyJet from the airport with the launch of two new flights a week
easyJet, the UK’s largest airline, has today announced it will operate a new route to Las Palmas, Gran Canaria from London Southend Airport.
Placed on sale today, it will operate twice a week throughout next winter with first flights commencing on 6th November 2016.
easyJet is expected to fly 12,000 passengers a year to and from Gran Canaria which is ideally placed for those wanting to take advantage of Gran Canaria's winter sun and escape to warmer climes over the Christmas and New Year period.
