The Chairman of Rochford District Council, Councillor Simon Smith said: “I’ve visited Rayleigh Windmill many times and there has always been something new to experience, it really is a hidden gem of south Essex. National Mills Weekend is a great opportunity to celebrate this treasured landmark within our District”.
