· Jurassic Park: Blu-ray Collection. This is something I covet quite a bit. I’m a massive fan of the original two and of Stan Winston, the creative genius behind the live action dinosaur models. To see this on Blu-ray would be a dream, so I’m waiting for someone to buy it for me for Christmas. It will include high definition releases of all 3 films, extra special features and practically will be heaven in a box. I hope you all enjoy watching it!
· The Lion King: Re-Release . As the latest release from the Disney vault, this is a welcome addition to my Disney collection. Since I already have it, I’m just happy that the kids of today can enjoy what I did as a child. Oh, and Jeremy Irons as the bad guy? Flawless piece of casting!
· The Smurfs. Released Mid-December. Also not my thing, but younger generations can enjoy more smurf-tastic adventures. Either that or watch Avatar again as both primary characters are blue.
· Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. Released early December. This hugely awaited close to the Harry Potter saga is almost within our grasp! Not long to wait now. I’ve always had my doubts that one of my favourite childhood books could be turned into a film. I hope that this final instalment doesn’t let me down. Either way it will be a welcome addition to your collections.
