Flu is a highly contagious disease. It is transmitted through the air and infects people of all ages. Flu Symptoms include:
High fever, Cough, Fatigue, Chills, Sweating, Vomiting, Dizziness

Symptoms can last for up to several weeks, and can also lead to more serious complications such as pneumonia and bronchitis.
4000 people die every year from Flu (Source: BBC), the effects can be devastating.

The Flu Jab is the most effective way of preventing seasonal Flu. By having the vaccination you will reduce your risk of catching the virus and passing it on to family and friends.
